These terms govern your use of CompsAPI, the API and dashboard for eBay sold listings data at compsapi.com and app.compsapi.com. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. Questions go to keys@compsapi.com.
CompsAPI returns historical sold listings data and derived statistics over HTTPS. Plans are monthly request quotas as described on the pricing page. Paid plans keep serving past their quota at the published overage rate; the free plan pauses until the next month. We may change prices or plan limits with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a month already paid.
You need a Google account to sign in. API keys are secrets: do not publish them or share them outside your team. You are responsible for requests made with your keys. We may rotate or revoke keys that appear compromised and will tell you when we do.
Do not resell or proxy raw API access as a competing data API, probe or overload the service beyond your plan's rate limits, use the data for anything unlawful, or create multiple accounts to multiply free quotas. We may suspend accounts that do.
The data reflects marketplace listings as we observed them. It is provided as is: we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and it is not financial advice. CompsAPI is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access runs to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use after that means acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; we may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
