CompsAPI ("we") provides an API and dashboard for eBay sold listings data at compsapi.com and app.compsapi.com. This page explains what personal data we handle when you use them. Questions go to keys@compsapi.com.
Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use them to create and operate your account. We never see your Google password.
Usage data. We count API requests per key per day to enforce plan quotas and show you your own usage. We log the IP address used at signup and on demo searches to prevent abuse of free limits.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep only your plan, invoices and subscription status.
Site analytics. The marketing site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. The dashboard does not run third party analytics.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running and improving the service.
Google (sign in and site analytics), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Account and usage data is kept while your account exists, plus what billing and tax rules require. Email keys@compsapi.com to access, correct or delete your data; deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
